Mis-represented Apr 12, 2012
By itsorla The rosary beads are sold as 'sterling silver'. They are not. My local jeweler confirmed that they are just metal. They are stamped 'Italy' not 925. The seller needs to change the description and not mislead customers.

I was very pleasantly surprised by both the sturdiness and quality of the beads and silver chain, especially at such a wonderful price. Most unexpectedly, this Rosary turned out to be nearly an exact replica of the very first Rosary that my grandmother gave me for my First Communion; she had ordered it from Italy back then. The only difference between that Rosary, which I still have, though it was broken beyond repair in a moving accident, and this one is that this one is even more beautifully made. The silver Chalice-and-Host centerpiece is substantial and really lovely. Again, this is the perfect first Rosary for First Communion or Confirmation. May it bring you the many hours of peace and companionship it brought me.
