By LT With a $4.99 shipping cost, this is an item you obviously want to buy in bulk.
These are about what you should expect for the price. Great giveaway gift if you have to give a trinket to a large number of people. My wife used them to give to fellow cast members at the end of the run of a play in which the St. Christopher medal had a small part in the story.
This item does not come with a chain.
